    Do you know what happened fifty-two years ago?

    The Stonewall Riots started on 28 June 1969 in New York City, with Pride events happening in cities across the US to mark the first anniversary. Pride arrived in the UK for the first time in 1972 in London. So we just wanted to send you a note to let you know (or remind you) that today marks the 52nd anniversary of that pivotal moment in the fight for LGBT+ equality and the start of the global Pride movement.
